Help Desk service
Our Help Desk service provides you with the flexibility to contact us with any ad-hoc or ongoing maintenance issues. We can provide support over the phone, and can remotely access your systems for investigation. Our remote access service is provided using software that allows us to remotely control your keyboard and mouse while you watch, as well as:
- Over-the-phone personal service
- Troubleshooting issues while you watch
- Billed in short 15-minute support blocks.
